Hotel Policy:
1. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of Check In.A Driving License, Voter ID Card or Passport will be considered as a valid photo ID.
2. The inclusion of ‘extra bed’ with a booking is facilitated with a mattress as an extra bed.
3. The amount paid for the room is inclusive of taxes but does not include charges for optional services and facilities such as Room Service, Meals or snacks , Laundry etc.. These will be charged at the time of Check Out.
4. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has Engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
Children Policy:
1. Children below 12 years stay complimentary in the room with the parents without any charges.
2. Any person above 12 years is taken as an adult and will be charged extra from the room tariff displayed.
Arrival and Departure Policies:
1. Check-in time is after 12:00 P.M, Check-out time is before 11:00 A.M.
2. Early check in or late check out is subject to availability and is chargeable an additional amount per hour over and above the booking fee by the hotel directly.
