NASCAR at Watkins Glen: Vegas odds, fantasy advice, prediction, sleepers, drivers to watch

The Big 3 will look to continue their dominance as NASCAR heads into the second road-course race of the season: the GoBowling at the Glen 220.

While Kyle Busch, Kevin Harvick and Martin Truex Jr. are understandably the favorites once more, on this 2.45-mile track at Watkins Glen there are bound to be a couple of drivers, that one might not anticipate, threatening the leaders.

AJ Allmendinger has only two top-10 finishes this year, however with four top-10s in his past five races at the Glen including a win in 2014, he’ll be at or near the top all day long as his competitive nature plays well on these street courses – even if Watkins Glen is not as technically challenging as Sonoma.

Denny Hamlin might not be the same sort of sleeper pick as Allmendinger, however with five top-10 finishes – including four in the top 5 in his past five road-course races – that the 37-year-old needs to be optimistic that he could grab his first win of this season in New York on Sunday.
